News — Grape Tree’s Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Eating chia seeds raw, soaked or cooked is great for your health and wellness. They are packed with protein, high in fibre, and a source of omega-3 – an excellent anti-inflammatory.
If you’re not keen on eating them raw, why not add them to a fresh and nutritious dessert such as a Chia Seed Pudding. It’s easy to whip up in a few minutes and tastes delicious!
- Combine the below ingredients, all available at Grape Tree:
– 6 tablespoons of organic chia seeds
– 2 cups of almond milk (unsweetened or sweetened)
– ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
– 1 tablespoon of maple syrup - Pour into an air-tight jar and give a good stir
- Put on the jar lid and leave in the fridge for three to four hours or overnight
- Add your choice of toppings
